Our school uses the Compass School Manager App. This is a one-stop shop for all of our families.

This is an ESSENTIAL app. Please make it a priority to download it. There are many important features in relation to your child/children that you will need to view.

To use Compass, you will need to:

1. Create a Compass Account:

The school office will email your login information.

Once you have logged into your account, please check if all your contact details are correct and within the ‘Insights’ tab please complete the permissions questions for your child.  

2. Top Up Your Child's Wallet:

Once you have a Compass account, you can top up your child's wallet. You can top up your child's wallet in advance. This is essential for your child’s school dinners (paid dinners) and breakfast club. All payments must be made in advance.

3. Set Up Auto-Top Up (Optional):

For added convenience, we recommend setting up an auto-top-up feature. This will automatically top up your child's wallet when the balance falls below a specified amount. This ensures that your child always has enough money to pay for their meals (similar to a standing order) and saves families needing to manually top up their wallet balances on a weekly basis.

4. Breakfast Club

All payments must be made in advance and, for a sibling discount, please ensure this is allocated against your eldest child’s wallet balance.
